Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults. By using the Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
The Waitlist
Joining our waitlist lets us notify you as formulas become available. It is not a purchase, a reservation, or a guarantee of availability or allocation. We may change how the waitlist works, including timing and order of access, at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Raupyam name and wordmark, and the underlying design — belongs to Raupyam Labs Limited or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information when using the Site, including the waitlist form
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
- Use any automated system, such as bots or scrapers, to access the Site without our permission
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
No Medical Advice
Information on the Site — including descriptions of ingredients, their properties, and how they work — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always patch test new skincare products, and consult a qualified dermatologist or physician before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a known skin condition or allergy, or have any other health concern.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raupyam Labs Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
As We Launch Products
We’re currently pre-launch: no formulas are available for purchase yet. Once they are, additional terms covering orders, pricing, payment, shipping, cancellations, and returns will apply, and this page will be updated accordingly before any purchase is possible.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Raupyam grows. We’ll post any changes here with an updated date.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Raupyam regarding use of the Site.
