Information we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect the email address, and any other information, that you choose to provide through the form. We don’t require an account to browse the Site, and we don’t currently collect payment information, since we’re not yet selling any product. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance purposes.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Notify you when a formula becomes available, and about relevant updates to Raupyam
- Understand demand and improve what we build
- Respond if you contact us directly
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Who we share it with
We may share information with service providers who help us run the Site and manage inquiries — for example, hosting providers and the CRM system we use to track waitlist and customer relationships. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Raupyam or others.
How long we keep it
We retain waitlist information for as long as it’s relevant to notifying you about Raupyam, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under Indian data protection law — including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as its provisions come into effect — you generally have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Correct or update inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent and ask us to delete your information
- Raise a grievance about how your information is handled

The Site may use essential cookies required for it to function, and may in the future use analytics tools to understand how the Site is used. We’ll update this policy if that changes materially.
Children’s privacy
The Site and our waitlist are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as Raupyam grows — for example, once we launch products and introduce accounts, orders, and payments. We’ll post any changes here with an updated date.
